Connecticut copper or Modern fake

? ? ?I recently found this 1787 Connecticut coin at a former homesite along the Ohio River.? There are many newer homes in the vicinity, any way to tell if this is a modern day copy Thanks!!

Most modern day fakes would be in much better condition. I have found several real ones up here and they all appear to be in about the same condition as yours. Congratulations on a nice find....Lance
