Unlike any hallmarks ive seen before although the piece does appear to be gold by looking at it which of course means next to nothing.Do us a favour and can you try to describe what those "hallmarks" actually are ? Its difficult to see what is stamped there in the photos.
I would imagine it entirely possible its a middle eastern piece with hallmarks we might not be accustomed to seeing.

that was my first thought they where Hebrew , they are just dashes , lines , sort of like Hebrew , or Arabic , the beach is popular with both high society , foreigners , spring breakers etc etc ..

The diamond shape stamp is commen amongst French makers marks,it would worry me that the other hallmarks dont appear to make much sense. With gold it always makes sense. There are density tests and so on to determine gold or not , id probably take it to a jeweler and ask.
Im thinking 84gms (i think thats what the scales said) is almost 3 ounces , is the scale set to grams or troy ? It would seem heavy enough to be gold.
The more i just look at it , its screaming its gold.Better than i have been fooled though. Its the hallmarks that are suspicious. An old test for gold is to clean the piece well and when its cleaned and fragrance free of any cleaning solvents , just use a soft cloth.
When you are sure its clean rub the bracelet between your fingers for a minute or two.If you detect a smell of any kind on your fingers its not gold , if theres absolutely no smell, could very well be gold or at least plated.Im leaning towards gold on looks and weight.
If its not gold you must consider what else it could be , gold is twice as heavy as brass.
If thats gold its a wonderful find,i cant get past those hallmarks though, they should refer to a purity somewhere.

Perhaps i should have mentioned washing the hands first. To try this , use a brass item , copper item , silver item ,you'll get smells from those , not from gold.

What about Pa itself ? Isnt it the home of the founding fathers ? Seems to me the revolution and civil war passed right through Pa and its the epicentre of American history.
