"State of Florida" Seal Ring Help

Hello,

I found a ring this morning. It came from an area where we have been finding '20s and '30s coins and jewelry. It has "STATE OF FLORIDA" surrounding the Florida seal. Was it a school ring? Some kind of premium? Thoughts?
