    Buckle?..

    Found this off in the woods along a small lake...Any ideas?..
    FWIW...rang up as a dime on my Ace...Thanks

    Thanks dwayne...I see some in the pic you provided that do look similiar..Its got some age to it then?

    Not really... it is from a shoe buckle, so 18th century to about 1810. Cool find

    I dont know buckles either but the chape is a spot on match with #10 (roman numeral X)
