    What is this ???

    I think this might be an old tin toy whistle. It has a bubble on one side and a slight hole with an air passage on the otherside..any ideas
    Anyone have pic's of a nice one?

    Not the same, but looks a bit like this one— flat on one side, with hole; bulbous at center on the other side:

    Not what I meant Doc, finds are always something to who finds it no matter if they are cheap...finds dont have to be nice clean shiny things....it's the point of finding it that matters ...and we are here to answer not discourage...it use to be a whistle...a toy...sufficient...
    So many tangles in life are so ultimately hopeless that there is no appropriate sword,other than laughter.......

    I don't think Doc meant anything by his commnet there are many kinds of whistles: shiny whistles, nice whistles, dog whistles old rusty whistles and cheapy whistles.... LOL..... Nice find.........
