Just started reading this topic, if these E objects are an item from Eberhard maybe someone at Eberhard would know what they are?

I know it's a shot in the dark as they may not be the manufacturer of these relics, or not have the resources to trace an item back in the history of the company or care to do so, but the E with the circle is an exact match of their logo so maybe it worth while to contact them.
