    Copper/Ornamental ///Solved

    This piece is made from copper. Looks to me like a womens hair accessory but not sure exactly what it is. I'd like to find out a round about date for it because I'm trying to date this farm I've been detecting.

    Yep, ornate brooch. Probably early 1900's

    Sounds about right. The farm and house is said to be from the 1910's. But finding a hammered 8 reale last year makes me think the place is older. Thanks.
