Hi TH's need help identifying 2 ?buttons all help appreciated cheers

Hi all i need some help identifying two query buttons any help/info you can give me on these will be great thankyou found these two in the same farmers field about 100 meters apart.

The second one looks like a ordnance insignia like these.

Thankyou for the info it does look like it doesn't it, i have scoured the net and you find info in minutes thankyou very much mate by the way the button is mother of pearl if anyone has any thought cheers

The button's a lapel pin, can tell by the back clip. No idea what it signifies though, being plain/blank doesn't help really.

2nd looks like a Royal Fusiliers collar badge, about WW1 i'd guess, though depending on ground conditions could be anytime since then.

(I thought all people who play online were "snipers"? Annoying, camping barsteward's! :P )
