    CW Brass item

    Anyone recognize this bent piece? It was dug on a Union CW camp in Culpeper Va.

    It is a piece of a swivel. It would have looked sorta like this reconstruction:

    I agree nice work on the photoshop. What kind of swivel is this creskol and what size is it? Do you have a picture of another one or a link with a picture? Is it CW era?
    I live in a state of rules where I am not permitted to live on my own country land because my home is not 130 MPH rated! I can only visit it from time to time and pay the fines.  I feel so safe with Big Government protecting me. In some states its illegal to collect rainwater.
