    Asian silver button/cufflink?

    Hey all, just found this at a site where I've pulled some modern silver (and even a capped bust half dime). The words on the backside look kinda worn and illegible but I'm guessing it's in an Asian(?) language to match the Asian(?) figure on the front but I'm just speculating. I'm not sure if there's some dark polish on the front or something but the bulk of it definitely appears to be solid silver. Anyone have any ideas on it? It's about the size of a penny. Thanks a lot!

    Back says "Siam Sterling". I have a few pieces like it.
