Nice coin. It looks like a CCCP (Soviet) 3 Kopeks coin with a Nazi countermark on it.

You only need ask questions. I am not sure what you mean by "compensation" but information here is free. I would imagine the same at the Wehrmacht Forum. Compensation is not necessary.. Give them time to respond.

Very interesting. I cannot read Russian but it appears that these coins were counterstruck by the Nazis during the short German Occupation of Russia and circulated as legal tender.
