    Military Eagle or just decorative?

    It's about 1 1/2 in. wide and 1 1/4 in. tall. Has a safety lock clasp so I don't think it's too old. Heavy for it's size, 16.94 grms., Maybe pewter. It's not marked. The style of eagle looks familiar but I can't place it.
