Found in a field when I was 5 years old. Any Ideas what it is?

I found this in a field in Ohio nearly 30 years ago when I was five. I've held onto it all these years, but never could find out what it was or what it was used for. Any help would be appreciated.

It appears to be a porcelain stork carrying a baby. It is about 3" high and 1.5" wide. There are what appear to be some faint numbers on the back (maybe 9067) but not sure. There had been an old house located on the property that had been torn down years earlier.

The back is pretty smooth. Here is a picture of what looks like some numbers, but they are hard to see... no maker marks that I can find anywhere... I hope this helps... Might be 9067 or 2067... can't really tell. Thanks for looking!!!
