What are these pieces?

Hi people!

My first post in this awesome forum.

I hope you could help me with this pair of objectes, they look like a ring (or a bottle cap) and a bracelet.

Found on northern Spain, near french border.







The "ring" is 3 cm X 2 cm and 6 grams weight.

the smaller pieces looks like a finial is it threaded inside? the larger piece looks like it could be the loop from a door knocker. ( note the indent on the lower right in first picture where the loop for the knocker plate to attach it to door might have gone) Are they brass, iron?

I agree. Door knocker or drawer pull. The Brits will be along shortly to find matches on the UK database.
