    womens belt buckle?? How old?

I found this over the summer at a park in West Virginia at what was once a old farm in the late 1800's to the early 1900's. It looks like it is a women's belt buckle just by the size, its 2.5 inches long and just under 2 inches wide, were the belt would loop through is 1 1/8 inches wide. it has a heart design in the center. it looks to be made of brass. any info on it would be great. thank you.

I live in a state of rules where I am not permitted to live on my own country land because my home is not 130 MPH rated! I can only visit it from time to time and pay the fines.  I feel so safe with Big Government protecting me. In some states its illegal to collect rainwater.
