CSSI padlock.....military?

Found this yesterday in an old area of town. Wanted to see if anyone had info on the company or had found a similar lock. Only found one link in reference to a CSSI padlock. http://keypicking.com/viewtopic.php?f=115&t=510 Made of brass. Weight 9.4 oz. Looks military. Thanks

Thanks MC . I saw that link earlier and blew it off, but more than likely that is where the lock came from. There is a medical center campus only blocks from where it was found. I'll give it a green check in a couple of days if there aren't more responses. Forgot to say that both sides have the same engravings. The gov't spares no expense.
