Not Sure What This Is

Hey guys, I was out detecting again today and came across something else I can't easily identify. It was about 7-8 inches down and gave a very strong reading. It seems to be some sort of metal such as copper and is pretty light. About 2 1/2-3 inches in width and the same height. I originally thought it could have been a scarf buckle or some sort of choker. You can see from the front image it may have held some sort of gemstones at one point.

Yes, I would say that it is a buckle.
