found at an old wells fargo stop south sacramento ca

I discovered this heavy metal object about 24 inches in the hard clay ground in Herald, CA the owner of the property says it was where a wells fargo stage coach stop was. The metal detector went crazy. The front looks like it has a wheat bushell, shovel, pull behind harrow on the left, two pronged pitch fork. It is not made of a cheap metal, I believe that it would have been in extremely bad shape and or rusted through. Not one speck of rust was on it. The back side seems to have been filled with lead given the weight of the item. It measures about 1-3/4" accross and is solid and does not seem to be pressed. I believe that it may have been attached to a sea trunks. thank you so much for you help in advance.

I live in a state of rules where I am not permitted to live on my own country land because my home is not 130 MPH rated! I can only visit it from time to time and pay the fines.  I feel so safe with Big Government protecting me. In some states its illegal to collect rainwater.
