    I live in a state of rules where I am not permitted to live on my own country land because my home is not 130 MPH rated! I can only visit it from time to time and pay the fines.  I feel so safe with Big Government protecting me. In some states its illegal to collect rainwater.

    clearly a duck or goose fashion pin of some sort -- gold gilted or plated at one time with a copper / bronze base --(see the green ?)

    I've seen this goose before either in a an old storybook, nursery rhyme, cartoon, etc. I remember him because of the 'marching band' type hat and rolled back bill. It could be Goosey Gander or a duck by Beatrix Potter. Interesting find, Breezie
