    what is it 2

    These two items were found relatively close to each other. The nickel is for size reference.

    The top one seems to be a lapel of some kind? Found near a Fort. Military?

    Your pics are a little fuzzy, but from what I can see, the top item looks to be some type of seal; not a lead seal, but the same principle. Interesting finds, Breezie
