There were so many brass lipstick tubes made, unless it was marked, it would be difficult to say who made it. The embossed woman design looks like some Linda Lee made, circa 1930s/40s. Neat find, Breezie

Kieth, good point! Before paper labels were put on lipstick tubes, they were embossed on the bottom. Breezie
