    Solved Frame, Gate or What??

I didn't measure this, so the second photo shows it on top of our motorcycle trailer with a bunch of other things I found. I am only asking about this gate thing but appreciate all information on everything! (See new photos below some of the initial responses).

Could be from the front of a buggy. I forget what they are called, but the front of a buggy has a leather covered frame that looks a lot like that.

Here is a picture of what I'm talking about. It sticks in my mind it's called a "dash" like the dash board in a car, but I don't know for sure. Long long ago and far far away I owned a couple of buggies, and my mind isn't as good as it use to be, if it ever was.

I still don't know what this is, but here are some better photos, I think the thought of a buggy grill is cool. It was bolted on to something!

Hey, can I get you sidetracked and ask what the floral, heart? shaped pan? is to the lower right of the saw blade? Looks interesting - cast iron? Closer pix?

Such an neat assortment of finds!

    Heres one on eBay. http://global.ebay.com/VINTAGE-HAND-...493077978/item
I live in a state of rules where I am not permitted to live on my own country land because my home is not 130 MPH rated! I can only visit it from time to time and pay the fines.  I feel so safe with Big Government protecting me. In some states its illegal to collect rainwater.

Sure looks like a horse buggy/carriage dash as has been suggested. This one is similar in design and comes from a company still manufacturing buggies.

No problem, I think it is a decorative piece and it says Quapaw on it, which is both a name of a city and a Native American Indian Tribe, that is all I know about that! Thanks for your interest and reply. Cindy
