    Small CooCoo Clock charm - S over P makers mark & Hallmark 800 German?

    Coocoo clock on back it has S over P or P over S makers mark and the number 800. Detailed little thing with a pendalum and two weights. Chain moves the pendulam as well.

    My question is what is the 800 (80% silver I think) and who is maker? My wife found them in tot lot. I went back to look for the bracelet!

    Found with it were a beer stein that opens and a standing bear. Bear is marked sterling. Nice detail on all.

    Is it on eBay by any chance?
    I live in a state of rules where I am not permitted to live on my own country land because my home is not 130 MPH rated! I can only visit it from time to time and pay the fines.  I feel so safe with Big Government protecting me. In some states its illegal to collect rainwater.
