Who are subjects in this Al Hirschfeld?

    Hi Everybody!

I picked this up at an auction today. Its a litho, 8 1/2" X 11". All the coloration appears to have been done by hand. I took it out of it's frame to scan it and saw where the red of the central character's tie and vest, as well as the ambassador looking fellow's red sash all bled through slightly (all the same color). This is far more colorful than his usual work. The digit 3 by his signature indicates the name "NINA" is hidden inside this picture in 3 locations. I scoped one almost immediately but I'll leave it up to you to find them all - NO SPOILER REPLIES - HEAR ME?!!

The big question is "Who are these people?" It looks like a play or a PBS type series. Does anyone recognize these characters?

If it ends up being worth anything I'll have to sell it, if it's not, I love this guy anyway.

Is that a date under his signature? That would help us. The central character looks familiar - I'll ask my sister who's more into the old 'whodunnits' than I am.

Im going to guess the central figure with the Maltese cross and crown and the guy on the right is German or Austrian. The shorter guy on the right with the keys appears to be wearing 3 medals something like the Hindenburg Medal or Iron Cross
I live in a state of rules where I am not permitted to live on my own country land because my home is not 130 MPH rated! I can only visit it from time to time and pay the fines.  I feel so safe with Big Government protecting me. In some states its illegal to collect rainwater.

I believe that's a copyright symbol with a date. Even blown up they are only blobs of ink. I think the last digit is a 4. the 3rd digit could be anything except digits with sharp edges like a 1, 4, or 7. I guess 19X4 isn't too helpful, considering he published for about 80 years. It could be a forgery, but who would forge a lithograph?.
