Turquoise stone and metal very old bracelet and earings. origin and age help pls

Hi there, I was wondering if you could help as I have had no luck whatsoever

I bought this bracelet and earing set about 15 years ago from a car boot.
Just wondering if anyone can give me an idea of age or origin.
I asume they are very old from the look of how they have been made and the clasp( not sure what type of clasp this would be refered to as?)
I think the stones are turquoise, poss persian robins egg blue? The bracelet and earings
are pretty crudley made and no markings on the metal? Any help realy apprieicated! Thank you :-) You can see pictures at

    Welcome to TN!

Have you tested it for silver? I'd do that first. If it is silver then a more detailed search for maybe a Navajo Maker.

In my opinion, this is not the style of Native American work, neither in the metal design nor the stone (could it be glass?).

I'd look more towards India, Persia, Tibet . . . It looks like a cast metal, clasp maybe called a "keyhole" clasp. The stones are held in place by glue, not clasps or a bezel, so I don't think it's old. I'd take it to a jeweler - they can tell you what the "stone" is, etc.
