Need some id's

the laddle looking thing is about 4.25 inches long, the bowl would be about 1.25 inches in dia. if it was straightened out, thring lookin piece is.90 inches inside dia. and .20 inches wide. the buckle is 2.13 inches long and 1.75 wide. any help is appreaciated. And the last one I don't have a clue thought play money but there's nothing that i can make out on either side it's 19.5mm wide and 1.15 mm thick and weights .4 g any help will be appreciated. HH

The buckle looking thing appears to be a shoe buckle, possibly colonial era.
