    Question Bamboo Fishing Rod-Old- Help!!!

We have an old bamboo fishing pole and don't know the value. Please help!!
We found it over 20 years ago hidden behind a garage wall. We had it framed. We don't know the age or value. We have seen many go for a few thousand. Look forward to your replies. ThanksClick image for larger version.

Really would need to know more about it. What brand. Look on the butt of the rod and around where the reel attaches. Without the mfg. it would be hard to price.

Is there any remains of a sticker/emblem just above the cork grip on the bamboo? My guess is that it's probably on of these makes.
Montague, Horrock Ibbotson, Heddon, or Shakespeare. Most of these brands sold for $12-$30.00 back in their day and are generally sold in today's market anywhere from $50-$150.00, depending on condition and model. However, extra care should be taken to see if there is any writhing on the rod, the ferrules and the reel seat/butt-cap.
