    Can anyone ID this Pin?

I found this Pin today in the yard of an old closed church about 10 inches down.

Has anyone ever seen a pin like this before?

Nice. Is that a makers mark in the center above the pin? If so, what does it say?
If its a logo, maybe sketch it out and take a photo. All this will help the ID'ing.

Looks like the word "IRISH" is at about 2:00 on the reverse, also....

stones look like jade, the mark next to the pin looks like a silver number, maybe 945??
    not sure of sterling numbers.

Looks like a brooch made in Ireland (thus the word "Irish" on the reverse right side). The round shape is a claddagh (Irish wreath).
Marked Sterling with the other mark probably stating .925 (the silver content for sterling being 92.5% of the overall metal content.)

It's been ID'ed in your original post. See Irish penannular brooch
