    Wing and Propeller Pin

Hello everyone. I found this at a site that dates from around 1900. It is brass and I am thinking it must be some kind of military item?? Thanks for the view and good luck.

It's an army aviation corps identifier. They use a similar one still but looks awesome.

My guess is ww2 at the latest. It looks similar to the ones I've seen from around then. Been a while since I've seen old pins. Mine are a lot newer

Definitely Army Air Corp identifier. I have two that came off of my uncles uniform dated to 1942. To the best of my knowledge the ones with the screw back were worn on the collar of the Class A uniform.

Great find and congrats on the find !

Also a nice find on the quarter , just sad that it couldn't have been a year or two earlier. Great find nevertheless!

I'm thinking the same with class a's but I've never looked at ww2 uniforms but it seems a lot of air crews worse some sort or khakis in pics and had their badges on them. My personal earned ones are the flaming bomb.
