    Any help on identification!

Can anyone help me figure out what any of these items are? Ive #ed them to help the discusion. Have front and backs pictured as well. There is a quarter for size comparison. #2 has an M or W at the top in a circle & looks like one side is twisted. #3 is fairly heavy and the Whites VDI was ringing at around silver, it says SARSP LA. #4 to me seems like a pin. #5 has two bolts on back.

I think 4 could be a Victorian hair piece.

#2 looks like a fastener used to hold down a canvas or tarp cover.....similar to what you'd find on a boat or pickup bed. The head would swivel 90 degrees after a similar shaped grommet was placed over it to keep the cover from coming off.

6 is a 19th cent iPhone. They weren't as popular back then because how pricey they were. Rare find!

Doran is right on 6. It is a 19th c. iPhone. Number 14 in Anderson's book of phones. from the markings of where the buttons used to be and by guessing the size and shape of the casing it looks like a circa 1857 to 1859 model.

Number 1 is from an old valise.
definition: a small piece of luggage that can be carried by hand, used to hold clothing, toilet articles, etc.; suitcase; traveling bag.

Hard to see number 2 but it looks like a fastener/latch as was stated.

Curtain latch. Think your right on that one as well because I also found this Judds Brass Porcelain Window Shade Holder 1869 in the same yard.

The curtain latch things were used mostly on canvas. I have the patent somewhere.
