Strange, Hinge Head Little Guy and Cross.

I found this little guy at a turf scrape in Inglewood. The Cross and mercury dime came from the same area. He looks like he was hit by a lawmower. The way he look in the pictures is how he came out of he ground. Only that I ran a little water over him, the Cross has been tumbled cleaned and the dime is like it is.

And does anybody have anything on the Cross.

Catholic cross medallion,I must have seen a thousand varieties since i've been on this forum. That little guy looks like one of those yard gnomes without his hat.Though I have to admit,i've never saw one that was made out of metal with a hinged head! Fugly looking thing to say the least! Still a pretty cool find.

Very nice. I love that little guy. Looks like a p-ssed off elf with a piece of a cigar in his mouth?
That is an interesting find for sure. Could he have been watching over a pot of gold? Just a thought.
    Great finds Ant.
