    UNKNOWN SILVERWARE WITH HALLMARKS

Thank you for reading this post. After the recent death of my Father I inherited, several bags filled with silver dinnerware, which i never previously new he had. He informed me of it just prior to his passing. He told me his Father bought it after WWII from the British Embassy in Havana, Cuba, where my grandfather was employed producing propaganda films for the British war effort. These were quite tarnished when I received them, but cleaned up easily. I searched the web trying to find some reference to the hallmark, but I've been unsuccessful. I've attached an image of the hallmark, from a spoon, which I believe to be a demitasse spoon.. I believe there to be an entire setting for sixteen. The bags are fairly heavy. Any help identifying this would be greatly appreciated.

Austrian, 19th century. The 13 corresponds to the silver purity. 13 "loth" is 812/1000.

Thank for the input, I appreciate it. In your opinion does a set like this have any value tier than melt value, does it have marketable antique value?

I would say probably not but you should definitely show it to someone who is more knowledgeable before selling it for scrap.
