    Can't find anything about the buckle... I want to say with the design compared to the other modern version of this buckle.. late 19th C. ??

    I believe it is a Knights Templar dress sword belt plate from around the 1880's 90's. I found a similar one (silver plated) several years back.Click image for larger version.
