mystery medallion or fob with horseshoe?

    Hello everyone,

I was out on Sunday going over old trails near what used to be a railroad and dug up these coins and mystery item, medallion?? Maybe someone else has dug one or can identify what it is and the time of when it was from. I also found the huge silver plated ring and copper or brass ring. All in all it was a good hunt. Good luck to all and happy hunting! !

Found one that said a smelting identification tag, was for sale on eBay. Looks to me like a keychain tag that is missing the small clasp in the middle. Just my guess. HH

I can't find one like it, but it is a keychain.
