Button ID, just need time period

I posted this a few times, but we were never able to determine the age of this button. It has been identified as a US Navy button. I was unable to decipher any writing on the reverse, however there is a loop. I am just curious is if this is CW or later.

    Thanks ahead of time.

I believe this is the variety listed by Albert as #NA 121 B. If so, it dates 1941 or later.

    • Eagle looks to its own right— i.e., its head points to your left as you look at the button.

    • Anchor points to your right as well.

    • Upper fluke of the anchor is below, not on top of, the eagle's wing.

Shucks, that's what I figured. Thanks for the ID, its still my first military button so it still means a lot.
