    Estate Sale Iron Part

I bought this at an estate sale for $2 but I haven't been able to find out what it is. It measures 3 x 6 1/2 x 1/2 inches. It weighs about 2 pounds. It has ALLEN and a couple of arrows and what I think is the number 1 embossed on one side. And it has PAT PEND and something like 7-20 (can't make it out for sure) on the other. It looks like it had been painted red at one time. The house was on 180 acres and had a tractor and some implements on the property so it could be related to that. Any ideas? Thanks.

Not sure but it sure looks like it would have made a great bottle opener.
