    Brass watchamacallit

Yet again, no clue what this could be? Was thinking a latch of some sort but why would the thing have the 2 holes in it and be angled that way ? Looks like brass, any thoughts ? Thanks for looking!

    Good eye.
Due to the high price of ammunition there will be no warning shot.

Yep sure is, the Watchamacallit was first produced by Downyonder Corp, the same company that made the thingamajig.

But they went out of business fast since no knew exactly what their products where for, what they did or how to use, the fact that the company kept their consumer friendly mouth closed offering up little to no information really did them in. Bout all know is that both the Watchamacallit and Thingamajig where made of brass.

That is why so many where just thrown out, Tnet is full of them.

Is the doohickey that goes between the Watchamacallit and the Thingamajig brass too? Man! I hate it when we get all technical!

If you have both pieces, a good use for them is to make towel hangers for camping trailers, cable hangers too. If you don't have the rod copper pipe works. polished out & clear coated they look good
