    At first I thought this was a pull tab, but it has a greenish hue. Also, I noticed a cluster of tiny, shiny clear stones or glass and it almost looks like a rosebud. Measures 0.86 inch in diameter and fits on my pinky. Maybe it's just a pulltab...
