    What is this? part2

We went back to our 1845 house permission again yesterday.. 4 or 5 inches down was a leaf spring... tiny... 4 1/4 inches long (following the curve) by 1 1/4 inches wide by 1/8 inch thick...
I have no idea what it fits and can't find anything that small... can you help me identify this one too...Please...
Sorry I didn't get it cleaned up yet...

    The Truth
It reminds me of a rifles butt plate. But a butt plate is usually held to the stock by 2 screws.

Possibly from an old wagon seat but that's a true shot in the dark.

I think you are right NVNutcase...I have found lots of modelT car parts on this property...I was told it is to small for a wagon...

1 1/4 inches wide by 1/8 inch thick seems like it would go to a very lightweight leaf spring. I am thinking that it is something like a ripper/cultivator blade on a garden push cultivator.
