    Ghost town find???

Found this in 1880ís ghost town out west. Brass about the size of a half dollar. Looks like a Quaker playing a fiddle. It is broken on one side. Any help would be appreciated. ThanksClick image for larger version.

It does look like Buster Brown. They would give you a prize when you bought a pair of Buster Brown shoes.

Is there anything between his head and what ever he is holding in his right hand? There appears to be some dirt there in pic. I first thought a hunter holding rifle in right hand and wearing a fringe jacket. Hope you figure out what it is. Cool find. Good luck.

Whatever the image is, (a careful cleaning might enlighten us,) It appears to be a button cover for a double breasted garment, possibly. It would slip over two side by side buttons (one side is missing the button cover disc, obviously.) Great find! Sub
