Spoon Hallmarks that I can't Identify

I found these two fragmented brass spoons at a homesite and unlike most brass spoons I find; they seem to have full stamped hallmarks like you would see in silver-smithed items. I don't know much about hallmarks though so I'm not sure how to decipher them.

Both appear to be the same set of hallmarks and the site was inhabited from the 1810's to the 1860's, but I do find the odd late 1700's artifact that the family seems to have had with them when the house was built and then discarded later. If I could figure out the maker and date range that would be excellent!

Its not a hallmark as such as its not silver. It may have been plated at one point & was given this look to fool people. So a kind of makers mark in the form of a faux hallmark.

I'm with Crusader as it being a deceptive genuine hall mark look-a-like. The mark could be information of some maker, but who that is may be difficult to pin down, unless you can find a match on the internet or in a reference book? My guess is, it was made no later than the mid 19th century?.. Could be a good indicator to keep searching the area it was found for more old stuff.

    I would agree, a 19th C silver plate type.
