I am sticking with Boudin, making me want to drive 16 hours for some good Boudin just looking at this thread and I am the only one who brought up Boudin.

The H E L L you wanna throw Boudin away for anyway; even if it is only some cheap quick stop Boudin off entrance road in Leesville, you do not throw Boudin away.

Ever not finish your plate and leave some boudin on your plate, two things gonna happen, first some folks going to shoot you the stink for not eating it all and second, someone will say they will eat it.

So if you still sitting on the fence about it, send it to me, better yet you can send me that one and about 3 dozen fresh ones to.

There is nothing, I repeat nothing like hot boudin and eggs in the morning. Im not lying Oddjob it just dont get any better in the morning to start the day. Im 50 years old and I have still have yet to see leftover boudin. If you dont finish your neighbors boudin its considered disrespectful.
