    Yea maybe I literally no next to nothing about the subject I'm way into fossils so this isnt my area of interest I just thought it looked too man made to of naturally occurred with the straight lines and carved lines

    Welcome! I think you won the prize! I agree this is a prehistoric tool. It looks like it was used as a sharpening stone for (probably) bone. Lots of folks have odd shaped rocks they think are artifacts, but I think yours is the real deal.
