    Costume jewelry maker

    Without bragging, itís rare we run into a piece of jewelry we donít recognize over here. This one has me stumped. Itís high quality and signed. Itís plainly marked w a copyright and ď99Ē -presumably for 1999. But the makerís name is lost me. Anyone recognize it?

    looks like "C66" ? ...1966 ?

    Stamp looks like "QWIUO" to me but I got nothing.....
