    Need help with tin lid

Previously gilded brass/copper tin lid. 2-1/8" dia., 18g. The fleur di lis might help id what the lid came off of. Possibly old condom or tobacco tin?

Hobbs, at least one company sold reusable lamb skin and heavy rubber condoms in tins starting around 1920. They were called, 'Three Merry Widows'. Three previous times I've found Three Merry Widows tins in central Alabama. Lots of info on the net about them. Here's one. Merry Widows | Museum Collections Up Close : MNHS.ORG

Possibly Tony. It's about the right size. Thanks all for the input.
