    Old Airplane on stamped copper.

My brother in law found this at a site in Northern California foothills. This site was along a once busy trail/road. No longer a road there. Site was a store and supposedly a trading post. Someone suggested it is a watch fob...?

An unidentified coin is a piece of metal. An identified coin is a piece of history.

This appears on Pinterest at https://www.pinterest.com/pin/477311260493434156/. I don't recognize the buildings at the lower left, perhaps they are generic, but if someone does that might point to origin.

Possibly an artistic interpretation of Bleriot's 1909 flight from Calais to Dover - first flight across the English Channel.
