Nice finds.
The red shield badge looks like it represents either a pump or gear box, to my eyes.
It has the "product promotion" look to it.

Need a better picture...
Is it a bird's-eye-view of a cannon? If so, maybe a variation (or local club ripoff) of the Arsenal UK football team logo.
Just my guess...

I agree... first thing I thought was top view - cannon... big wodden wheels left and right.

That makes 3 of us. It is an overhead view of a canon. I live in Richmond Virginia, and we are full of Civil War history, and I know a canon when I see one. The question is, What is the pin for? What does the pin mean?
