Found on the Beach. A tooth?
Porous on the inside.
Fairly smooth on the outside.

Re: Found on the Beach. A tooth?
Looks kinda like a jawbone or beak.
I live in a state of rules where I am not permitted to live on my own country land because my home is not 130 MPH rated! I can only visit it from time to time and pay the fines. I feel so safe with Big Government protecting me. In some states its illegal to collect rainwater.

Looks like a gill plate or a gill plate support bone to me.
Gold is where you find it......isn't everything where you find it?

Definitely a gill plate or checkbone from a fish.

Did you find them both at the same time? Same beach?

Most shark teeth are not serrated. Mostly just the Carcharodon Family (Great White).

I have seen that jaw before but do not remember what it is. So my guess will be a snake. I will check into it though.
