    time frame ? --sissors small - "routledge / birmingham" english made / photo

    appears to be hand forged - thinking 1850 to 1860 ish -need input from others with knowledge of old tools and such-- its been blown up a bit size wize to make the lettering clear and easy to see.

    yes, I will post a photo of it --- (see above)

    I know --the coach maker / tools / tools planes "routledge / birmingham" -- but the small sissors bear the same name marking on them --wondering possible time frame? ---thinking 1850 ish --civil war era .
