    Silver badge

    I found this a few weeks back .It has P. B. D. at the top and -A at the bottom.Looks like a hand shake at the top ,maybe a drum at the bottom? Any help?

    Definitely an artist's palette.I don't think it can be Phi Beta Delta. Their crest is too different to this badge.
